Vignettes Being Shot For WWE Arrival Of Former NXT Champion

An update has surfaced regarding Lola Vice’s expected move to the WWE main roster.

According to one source, WWE has already filmed vignettes for Vice ahead of her main roster debut, with the 28-year-old expected to become part of the SmackDown roster.

An additional source reports that the vignettes are expected to begin airing in the coming weeks.

Vice last competed on the August 4 edition of WWE NXT, challenging Kendal Grey for the NXT Women’s Championship in an NXT Underground match.

The bout appeared to serve as Vice’s farewell from the NXT brand as she prepares for the next stage of her WWE career.

Vice also seemingly wrapped up her recent run with AAA prior to her final NXT appearance. At Verano de Escándalo on July 25, Vice and Mr. Iguana lost the AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championships to La Hiedra and Laredo Kid.

With her NXT and AAA commitments apparently finished, Vice now appears to be headed to Friday nights, with WWE expected to begin building toward her SmackDown arrival through the upcoming vignettes.
