State Of Play Confirmed For June 2, Will Last Over 1 Hour And Includes Extended Look At Marvel’s Wolverine
Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced that a new State of Play will take place on June 2, 2026, and will last over one hour and includes a new look at Marvel’s Wolverine, plus news and announcements on various other PS5 titles. The event is taking place just days before Summer Game Fest.
State of Play June 2026 will take place at 2.00pm PST/5.00pm EST/11.00pm CEST, and will be broadcast on YouTube and Twitch in English, with Japanese subtitles also available. As for Marvel’s Wolverine, the PlayStation Blog confirms that we can look forward to seeing more of “Logan’s brutal and relentless combat along with some new details.”
Marvel’s Wolverine is slated for release on September 15, 2026. As for what else we can expect to be announced at the State of Play, well, feel free to speculate in the comments section below. However, with Summer Game Fest taking place on June 5, let’s hope that Sony saves something for us for Friday’s event too to make it worth watching!
