Sony Reportedly Set To Launch New Open-Back Gaming Headset With INZONE H6 Air

A report on Dealabs has revealed that Sony is preparing to release a new wired headset – the INZONE H6 Air.
The format holder had previously released in-ear headphones such as the INZONE E9, which was geared towards competitive gamers. It also launched the INZONE H9 II, which offered improvements over its predecessor with more lightness, clarity, and performance.
Now, the PlayStation manufacturer is looking to continue the INZONE range, with TheWalkmanBlog spotting a new wired headset featuring the model number MDR-G600 and a possible name of INZONE H6. Dealabs has done its own research, revealing the product is indeed called the INZONE H6 Air, and will feature an open-back design.
According to the report, the INZONE H6 Air will retail for $199.99 and has a release date of April 14, 2026 – so it’s not that far off. Beyond that, Sony is set to release a new purple version of the INZONE Buds alongside the INZONE H6 Air.
For those who aren’t familiar with the aforementioned INZONE H9, it’s a premium wireless headset with noise-cancellation features that can be used for PC and PlayStation. It features 360 Spatial Sound for Gaming, and is renowned for its superb sound quality, customisable settings, and flip-up boom microphone with mute function.
