WWE Airs Cryptic Vignette On 8/24 Raw Teasing Big Debut
Lola Vice appears to be headed to the WWE Raw brand following the conclusion of her run in NXT.
A new vignette aired during Monday night’s episode of Raw, with the teaser strongly pointing toward Vice as the Superstar being promoted. The video also flashed a September 14 date, seemingly indicating when she could make her official arrival on the red brand.
That date could be particularly fitting for Vice, as WWE Raw is scheduled to emanate from Mexico City on September 14.
Vice recently wrapped up her time in NXT, with her final match coming against Kendal Grey in an NXT Underground bout earlier this month. Following the loss, Vice appeared to say goodbye to the brand, fueling speculation that a main roster call-up was imminent.
As previously noted, WWE had also been working on vignettes for Vice ahead of her move to the main roster. She had been expected to land on SmackDown, making Monday’s teaser — and the apparent Raw destination — a notable change in direction.
Vice has also remained involved with AAA during WWE’s ongoing relationship with the Mexican promotion, including competing at Verano de Escándalo in July.
