Hulk Hogan’s Widow Named In Lawsuits With Serious Allegations

Hulk Hogan’s widow, Sky Daily, and her son, Hayden Hitt, are facing legal allegations stemming from two separate lawsuits, with police now clarifying the status of an investigation connected to one of the cases.

According to TMZ, a woman identified as Jane Doe has filed a lawsuit against Daily and Hitt, alleging that Hitt repeatedly became physically aggressive toward her while she was living with them.

The woman claims Daily encouraged her to forgive Hitt following previous incidents. She alleges that during a party on March 28, Hitt shoved her through a doorway and into a clothes rack.

Following the alleged incident, Daily reportedly sent a text message apologizing for her son’s behavior and suggesting they address the situation the following morning.

However, Jane Doe claims she contacted authorities instead, prompting Daily to remove her from the residence and leave her belongings outside. She further alleges that Hitt attempted to convince her to delete text messages and refrain from pursuing criminal charges.

The lawsuit also alleges that the investigation was quickly closed because of Daily’s purported influence within the Church of Scientology.

Clearwater Police have disputed that characterization, confirming that an investigation was opened in March and subsequently forwarded to the Pinellas-Pasco State Attorney’s Office for consideration of possible criminal charges.

Authorities maintain that the case remains open.

Meanwhile, a separate lawsuit involving the same parties has also surfaced.

In that case, a minor identified as Jane B. Doe alleges that she was sexually assaulted by another minor while incapacitated. The lawsuit claims Hitt stood guard outside the room during the alleged incident.

Both Daily and Hitt are facing negligence allegations in connection with that lawsuit.

All allegations remain unproven in court, and neither lawsuit has resulted in a finding of liability.
