Five Games Are Leaving Xbox Game Pass In Late August 2026

Microsoft has revealed the next five games leaving Xbox Game Pass in late August 2026, with all of these being highlighted as “leaving soon” on the official Xbox mobile app.

There’s a couple of really good ones departing this month, such as Another Crab’s Treasure and the phenomenal Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. If you’ve not played the latter, I’d suggest you do! Fourteen days may not be enough to make the most of it, but with new DLC on the way, why not?

Here’s the full list of games set to leave Xbox Game Pass in late August 2026:

You’ll find discounts of at least 20% on all of these Xbox Game Pass titles until they leave on August 31st.

It may be sad to lose some, especially The Witcher 3 in my opinion, but there are plenty more games coming to Xbox Game Pass in September. So far, we know of four titles making their way to the service in a couple of weeks.
