Top UFC Fighter With WWE Interest At WWE Performance Center
UFC fighter Michael Chandler was reportedly at the WWE Performance Center on Monday.
While Chandler’s presence at the Performance Center has been reported, there are no details yet regarding what brought him to the facility or whether the visit was related to a potential future with WWE.
Chandler last competed at UFC Freedom 250 on June 14, suffering a first-round TKO loss to Mauricio Ruffy at the 4:29 mark. The defeat was Chandler’s fourth straight and his sixth loss in his last seven fights dating back to May 2021.
The former three-time Bellator Lightweight Champion has crossed paths with WWE before. Chandler appeared on the February 19, 2024, episode of WWE Raw, where he cut an in-ring promo calling out longtime rival Conor McGregor.
Chandler has also made it clear that he would be interested in working with WWE at some point.
During an interview with The Schmo Show at Fanatics Fest in New York City in June 2025, Chandler revealed that he had spoken with Triple H about the possibility of joining the company.
“I was talking to WWE, talking to Triple H about my WWE contract,” Chandler said. “So we’re trying to make that happen.”
