Zilla Fatu Signs With WWE
Zilla Fatu is once again at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, amid growing indications that he could be officially joining the company.
Fatu has reportedly returned to the Performance Center, with sources now said to believe that he has signed a contract with WWE. However, WWE has yet to officially announce his signing, and his contractual status has not been confirmed.
The latest development comes just days after Fatu dropped the HOG Crown Jewel Championship to Amazing Red on August 7 in Jamaica, Queens.
Following the match, Fatu received what appeared to be a send-off from the promotion. Red wished him “good luck” on the microphone as fans chanted Fatu’s name (see video below), while commentary suggested that he was headed for bigger opportunities.
Fatu had previously been spotted at the WWE Performance Center on June 8, with subsequent reports indicating that WWE was expected to sign him if a deal had not already been reached.
There has also been speculation that Fatu could initially spend time in WWE NXT before eventually moving to the main roster, where his family connections would naturally lead to speculation about a potential involvement with The Bloodline.
The 26-year-old Fatu is the son of late WWE star Umaga and a cousin of The Usos and Solo Sikoa. He made his professional wrestling debut in 2023 after training at Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling.
