Capcom’s Pragmata Has Sold 2 Million Copies Worldwide In 16 Days

Pragmata, the brilliant sci-fi action romp from Capcom, has now surpassed the two million sales milestone in 16 days, the publisher has announced.
It was previously announced by Capcom that Pragmata had moved one million units in just two days. The game launched on April 17, 2026 for PS5, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox Series X/S, and is a brand new IP from the Resident Evil creator, developed predominantly by a younger team of staff at the Japanese developer.
Pragmata follows Hugh Williams and Diana, and android companion, as they navigate a lunar world ruled by artificial intelligence. The game’s combat loop is particularly unique, a players cannot simply shoot foes to defeat them; Diana must first hack enemies and expose their weakness before Hugh can damage them with conventional weaponry. The bond between the pair is also the beating heart of the narrative, as Hugh and Diana must rely on each other while exploring the world.
