Xbox Hires Former YouTube & Facebook Exec As New ‘VP Of Global Partnerships’

The former YouTube Gaming lead has announced that he’s joined Xbox as Vice President of Global Partnerships.

In a post on social media today, Leo Olebe shared his excitement about joining the team alongside the likes of Phil Spencer and Sarah Bond, which prompted the former to publicly welcome him to the company:

Prior to becoming Global Head of Gaming at YouTube, Olebe spent multiple years as a Senior Global Director of Games Partnerships at Facebook, and also played a key role in launching Star Wars: The Old Republic in 2011.
