This week on the Pure Nintendo Podcast, Jemma and Kirk delve into the latest games heading to the Switch. We also chat about our recent adventures in Hyrule, and discuss the games we’re playing right now.
Last week, we chatted about games like Sonic Superstars and the latest Switch Online titles. This week, even more new games have been announced, including Persona 5 Tactica, The Lara Croft Collection, and Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade. Kirk gives us his take on Persona 5 – is he really too old to play this cool series? – as well as digs out his original Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blaze game case! Neat!
Meanwhile, in Hyrule, Jemma continues her quest to actually make it to a dungeon. Yes, she still hasn’t conquered one. But she’s getting closer, despite the many distractions on the way! Whether it’s confronting an angry Thunder Gleoch, or rescuing a couple trapped in a cabin surrounded by monsters, there’s always something to do.
Finally, Kirk gives us the best description he can of an embargoed JRPG he’s currently reviewing, without giving anything away. Sounds intriguing!
