Sheamus “Zipline” Video Teasing AEW All In: London Debut?
Sheamus has found himself at the center of some online speculation regarding a potential surprise AEW debut at All In: London.
The latest round of fan-fantasy booking was sparked by a zipline video circulating on social media, with the footage appearing to have been filmed in London, England. Given Sheamus’ recent WWE departure and AEW’s upcoming return to Wembley Stadium, some fans quickly began connecting the dots.
There is, however, a much simpler explanation behind the “zipline” reference.
The zipline has become something of a running social media joke involving Sheamus and Randy Orton, stemming from content associated with Sheamus’ popular “Celtic Warrior Workouts” channel. Clips and memes joking that the two WWE veterans are “just here for the zipline” have circulated online, occasionally becoming intertwined with wrestling event speculation.
That hasn’t stopped fans from wondering whether Sheamus could be Wembley-bound.
Following reports surrounding the end of his WWE tenure, there has been increased speculation about Sheamus potentially making the jump to All Elite Wrestling. With AEW All In: London scheduled for August 30 at Wembley Stadium, a surprise appearance at the event has naturally emerged as one of the popular theories among fans.
For now, however, there is nothing concrete connecting the zipline footage to AEW or All In.
Sheamus recently parted ways with WWE following a lengthy run with the company. Since his departure, he has confirmed that he will use Stephen Farrelly and S. Farrelly for post-WWE wrestling and other appearances.
