The Eternal Life Of Goldman Demo Out Now For PS5
THQ Nordic has revealed that a demo of The Eternal Life of Goldman is now available to download for the PS5 via the PlayStation Store.
Posting on X, the studio revealed that the teaser features the opening section for the game and allows you to sample 90 minutes of gameplay, although total playtime will vary depending on your playing style.
Developed by Weappy Studios, The Eternal Life of Goldman is a platform-adventure game that marries legends, fairy tales and myths for a vibrant, yet dark adventure. Set on an Archipelago inspired by ancient fables, you embark on a mission to kill the Diety, a mystical creature that has everyone talking about it, but remains unseen. In order to find the Deity, you have to delve deep into the island’s many secrets, discovering a place marked by tragedy and packed with eccentric characters.
The Eternal Life of Goldman is the result of years of work by people who love and appreciate the same cartoons, comics and games that you do. We wanted to make an uncompromising 2D game of amazing beauty, so we went back to the genre’s roots and took the most difficult path possible – meticulously drawn, colored and animated by hand using classic frame-by-frame techniques. We didn’t cut any corners, and the results are worth it. In The Eternal Life of Goldman, no two rooms or landscapes are alike. Every place, every object, every character, every visual effect — everything is carefully planned and executed to the finest detail.
