Netflix Edits Out Controversial Becky Lynch Line From WWE Raw

WWE has made a notable edit to the August 3 episode of WWE Raw on Netflix.

The August 3 edition of Raw featured Becky Lynch’s return to WWE television, as she confronted WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan in an in-ring promo segment. Morgan was accompanied by Roxanne Perez and WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion Raquel Rodriguez during the exchange, which eventually included the return of Stephanie Vaquer as well.

During the segment, Lynch took a verbal shot at Morgan with a line that quickly caught the attention of fans.

“You’re not even the greatest Women’s Champion who’s slept with Dominik Mysterio,” Lynch stated as one of her controversial lines from the 8/3 promo segment in Des Moines, IA.

However, fans watching the replay on Netflix will notice that the remark is no longer included.

The line has been edited out of the on-demand version of the August 3 episode, with Netflix removing the comment from the replay after the original live broadcast.

Netflix editing the line out of the 8/3 show follows a growing trend in recent weeks, with the international streaming giant censoring multiple recent moments and lines out of recent WWE programming.
