Hotel Barcelona’s Late Check-Out DLC Set For May 21 Launch On PS5
White Owls Inc. has announced that Late Check-Out, the upcoming DLC for Hotel Barcelona, is launching for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S on Ma y21, 2026, while confirming a Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 version of the title are also in the pipeline.
Late Check-Out brings players to a new environment far beyond the hotel walls, including the Dusk Valley Golf Resort and The Former Grandall Estate. The resort is described as an “exposed hunting ground” that offers no safety in its open visibility, while the estate is a “suffocating mansion” packed with claustrophobic encounters and dangers.
In terms of overall content, expect to fight two new bosses, encounter a total of 17 new enemy types, and soak up new story content and cutscenes. Finally, Late Check-Out promises to deliver expanded combat and environmental mechanics that are set to offer a challenge to even the most experienced players.
“Built as an escalation layer on top of the “Under New Management” update, “Late Check-Out” intensifies the core identity of Hotel Barcelona: violent, strange, stylish, and mechanically unconventional,” reads the press blurb.
Hotel Barcelona was released for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S in September 2025, and received the update Under New Management earlier this year that implemented numerous quality-of-life improvements, new skins, and enemy rebalancing. You can read our full review of the game here.
