Black Ops 6’s First Free Zombies DLC Comes To Xbox Game Pass Next Week
During the reveal of Black Ops 6 Season 01, developer Treyarch announced that a brand-new Zombies experience was coming to the game at some point this season – and that time is almost upon us. Revealed this week via a new cinematic trailer, new Black Ops 6 Zombies map ‘Citadelle Des Morts‘ comes to Xbox Game Pass on December 5th.
Of course, we’ve thrown that cinematic trailer up at the top of this article for you all to enjoy, too. Don’t go expecting any gameplay here — that should arrive soon — this introduction to the new map is all about setting up the story for Citadelle Des Morts.
“Following the events of Terminus, our crew follows the clues to a medieval castle in Avalon in search of a forgotten artifact and a man who should not be alive.

Given that this level follows on from the base Zombies experience in Terminus, we’re looking at another fully fledged Zombies map here with Citadelle Des Morts – which is great to see arrive so soon after the main game launched. Here’s hoping Treyarch can keep these huge, sprawling Zombies experiences coming!
Elsewhere, more Black Ops 6 multiplayer content is expected during the game’s mid-season as well – including new weapons, modes, operators and more. Look out for lots of fresh Black Ops 6 content on Xbox Game Pass come December 5th.
