Sonic The Hedgehog 3 Movie Has Finished Filming, Confirms Director Jeff Fowler
Jeff Fowler, the director behind Sonic the Hedgehog 3, has confirmed that the movie has wrapped filming.
Posting on social media, Fowler wrote “we are WRAPPED” alongside a photo of him wearing a ‘Keep calm and Jim Carry on’ T-shirt while grasping a slim slate featuring Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Shadow.

Sonic the Hedgehog 3 arrives in cinemas on December 20, 2024. Shadow of the Hedgehog is the newest addition to the movie franchise, and fans will obviously recognise him from his various appearances in the video games. Shadow had his own game back in the 2000s, which was seen controversial at the time due to the fact he used firearms in combat.
Meanwhile, it was recently confirmed that Jim Carrey is reprising his role as Dr. Robotnik for Sonic the Hedgehog 3, following a long period of uncertainty about whether or not he’d be appearing the movie.
