Stellar Blade’s NSFW Skin Will Make The Game More Difficult If You Equip It

The NSFW Skin Suit for Stellar Blade will actually make the game more difficult for players if you choose to equip it.

Discovered by players in the Stellar Blade demo that was quickly removed by Sony last week, the Skin Suit disables protagonist Eve’s in-game Shield ability, making you more vulnerable to attacks. The official description reads as follows:

Skin suits are outfits crafted by Mother Sphere. It covers the body of the Airborne Squad Member and deploys on its own, or expands and contracts depending on the situation. In other words, it’s like a living skin.

Given the nature of the Skin Suit (it’s labelled NSFW for a reason, after all), a lot of, erm, ‘fans’ have been quite taken with the skin on social media. But hey, if it brings more attention to Stellar Blade as a whole, then that’s surely a good thing, right? It’s not long to go now, as Stellar Blade launches for PS5 on April 26, 2024.
