Hellboy: Web Of Wyrd Gets Its First Gameplay Trailer

Hellboy: Web Of Wyrd just got its first gameplay trailer, and we also got to hear more of the late Lance Reddick lending his iconic voice to the character in what was clearly a perfect match the moment it was revealed.

Today’s gameplay trailer not only shows us more of Web Of Wyrd’s melee-focused combat than we’ve seen before, it also showcases more of Reddick’s voice work, though it remains unclear if Reddick finished recording all his lines before his untimely passing.

Reddick’s voice isn’t the only thing Web Of Wyrd has going for it though. The story is even being written by the series creator, Mike Mignola.

It’s emphasis on melee combat along with a rougelite structure also make it quite appealing, not to mention its shell-shaded art style.

Unfortunately, Hellboy: Web Of Wyrd remains without a release date, so hopefully we hear something about that soon.
