Left 4 Dead 3 Reference Reportedly Found In Counter-Strike 2 Files
Valve’s long-awaited Left 4 Dead 3 has yet to be announced, but a user on the Steam subreddit community for Counter-Strike believes they’ve found references to the game in the files for Counter-Strike 2.
User PaP3s unearthed code that was reportedly found inside the CS2 files, which is entitled Left4Dead3 and says version =2, owner – triage*, severity = high, priority = none, category =—, product = left3dead3, and component = other. If this doesn’t mean anything to you then welcome to the club, but fans have been amused at the priority = none reference, as Left 4 Dead fans have felt Vale has played just that on a new entry — none.
Left 4 Dead was believed to have been in development one at point before Valve decided to postpone the game until Source 2 was available.

Right now there’s no official world that Left 4 Dead 3 is even in production, so we’ll just have to wait and see what happens. As for Counter-Strike 2, that’s only just been announced, although given the series’ long-standing history as a PC game, we may not even see it on PS5.
