Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s New Forgotten Saga DLC Launches Next Week
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s incoming free DLC, The Forgotten Saga, introduces a whole new genre of game to the franchise by being a new rouge-like mode.
Today, Ubisoft confirmed that players will be able to try out this new mode, and check out the DLC along with the game’s next major update numbered 1.06 on August 2, 2022.
Ubisoft also published a video with five tips for players who are ready to jump into The Forgotten Saga right when it launches.
Some of them will be old hat for veterans of the genre, like understanding that death is a must, or using runs in specific ways to complete challenges one or two at a time.
Altogether, it’s advice players should take to heart, if they want to find victory in Hel.
