Which Is Your Favourite Forza Horizon Game To Date?

Forza Horizon 6 is upon us! Indeed, if you’re drifting in via early access, you can go hands on with Xbox’s new racer this Friday — May 15th — so what better time to ask you fine folks which is your favourite Forza Horizon game to date?
The first Horizon game was a bit of a landmark title for Xbox’s Forza series. It was the first franchise entry to go open-world and the first to introduce night racing – all wrapped up in a brand-new Horizon Festival setting that took players to Colorado, USA. We still have fond memories of it to this day.

Then, the series’ debut for Xbox One sped down to the sun-soaked coastlines of Southern France and Italy with Forza Horizon 2, all while adding wet weather racing to the series. That solid last-gen base evolved quite naturally into Australia’s Forza Horizon 3, which remains a fan favourite in 2026 with its great map and immaculate vibes.
The two more modern entries in the series — Forza Horizon 4 and Forza Horizon 5 — are perhaps the freshest in our minds. Both introduced live service elements so they were played well beyond their campaigns, and both are just fantastic open-world racers in their own right. We have a particular fondness for Horizon 4, largely due to its fun and authentic take on open-world Britain.

So, from Xbox 360’s Colorado Horizon Festival to Xbox Series X’s take on open-world Mexico, which is your favourite Forza Horizon game to date? We’re just going to focus on the mainline entries in our poll down below – no expansions, either DLC or standalone, are included.
