How Many Consoles Have You Bought At Launch, And Were They Worth It?

As mentioned though, you can tell us about other consoles — any version of PlayStation, for example (I bought a PSP at launch and absolutely loved it), any Nintendo system, anything retro that goes back to the Atari, Saturn, Dreamcast, NeoGeo (etc) days, and even any PC handhelds like the Steam Deck or the ROG Xbox Ally that you might own.

Thinking about it, I don’t think I’ve ever regretted buying a console at launch, but I can totally understand why you might find yourself in that boat… hardware issues, a lack of games, newer models replacing them too quickly, etc.
