Microsoft Rewards Reduces ‘Daily Set’ Points Across Multiple Regions

We constantly go on about how much we love Microsoft Rewards here at Pure Xbox, but we do have a bit of bad news to bring your way today, as the “Daily Set” points have unfortunately been reduced by 50% across multiple regions.
If you don’t know what we mean, “Daily Set” refers to the three daily tasks you can complete on the Microsoft Rewards dashboard (accessible via a browser), and they usually just involve clicking a link or completing a quick quiz. Once you’ve racked up a streak, you then get a small points bonus.
Here’s a look at my personal Daily Set for today:

As you can see, Microsoft Rewards is offering five points for completing each of these tasks, which adds up to 15 points per Daily Set. This is a 50% reduction on the previous total of 30 points (it used to be 10 for each individual one).
This change seems to have gone into effect across the majority of Microsoft Rewards regions, and even if it hasn’t yet, some are reporting that they’re seeing the reduction when clicking the “sneak peek at tomorrow’s set” button.
While it’s not a huge difference, and you can still complete streaks and get bonus points every few days, daily Microsoft Rewards users could be looking at a loss of just under 500 points per-month if this remains a permanent reduction.
But don’t fret! There are still so many other great ways to earn around 10,000 Microsoft Rewards points per-month if you’re consistent enough, helping you to acquire Xbox Gift Cards and ultimately buy some games and Xbox Game Pass subscriptions for free. We’ve got a big guide on how to do that elsewhere on Pure Xbox:
