Xbox Reveals First Three Games Included In Big ‘Shocktober Sale’ Starting This Week

We’ve got another big Xbox sale on the way in a couple of days’ time!

Yes, it’s been announced that the Xbox Shocktober Sale for 2025 will begin on Thursday, October 16th and will last until the start of November, featuring “horrifyingly good savings on spooky titles across console and PC”.

The first three games have been revealed for this sale, and they are as follows:

Little Nightmares III is an atmospheric adventure game in which you follow the journey of Low and Alone, two best friends in search of a way out of the Nowhere. In 2 players online cooperation or solo with an A.I., work together to solve puzzles and survive in this nightmarish world.

We’re a little surprised to see Hell is Us and Little Nightmares 3 in the lineup so soon after they released, but we’ll certainly take a discount on them – Hell is Us received excellent reviews not too long ago, so we’re very keen on that one in particular.

It remains to be seen what their discounts will be, and we’ll obviously be getting many more reductions on hundreds of games as part of the Xbox Shocktober Sale 2025. Looking back to last year, over 250 games were put on sale including Resident Evil 4, Dragon’s Dogma 2, Hogwarts Legacy and others, so it should be a good selection.
