EA Has ‘A Few’ Unannounced Games Based On Disney IP In The Pipeline Beyond Star Wars Jedi 3

Speaking during an interview with Variety, EA Entertainment boss Laura Miele confirmed that the publishing giant has ‘a few’ unannounced games in development based on Disney IP, in addition to the previously-confirmed third instalment in the Star Wars Jedi franchise. No details on these titles have been revealed yet.

Speaking with the publication in regards to EA’s Disney upcoming slate for Disney and Marvel properties, Miele named Star wars Jedi 3, Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes, Star Wars The Old Republic, Iron Man, and “a few others that haven’t been announced yet.” Unfortunately, EA cancelled the Black Panther video game that was in the works at Cliffhanger Games, although Marvel later commented that its three-game deal with the publisher is still in place.

Miele revealed during the same chat that it EA is thinking about expanding the Apex Legends franchise beyond just video games, so we could be getting a TV show and/or film down the line. The publisher is putting much of its focus right now on Battlefield 6, which is due to launch on Oct. 10, 2025 for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S.
