Who doesn’t love a bit of local multiplayer? We can talk about the good old days of squinting at our TVs in the 90s for four-player GoldenEye, to duffing up bad guys in Streets of Rage 4; whatever your preference, couch co-op is fun for everyone. This year, Vampire Survivors took the crown for our Best Local Multiplayer Game gong, offering up to four-players of frantic shoot-’em-up shenanigans without the need for online play. Make no mistake, this is one of the addictive multiplayer offerings this year, let alone on PS5!
