Croc Legend Of The Gobbos Remastered Coming To PS5 & PS4, Watch The New Gameplay Trailer
Argonaut Games has emerged with a new gameplay trailer for Croc: Legend of the Gobbos remaster, which is still on track for a 2024 release on PS5, PS4, PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One.
Speaking in a press release, Jez San, Founder of Argonaut Games, commented:
The Croc remaster aims to reignite the imaginations of players with its enhanced HD graphics, updated modern controls, and an authentic gameplay experience that will transport players back to the golden age of gaming. Croc: Legend of the Gobbos is both a nostalgic return for retro gamers and an exhilarating new adventure for first-timers. We have dedicated ourselves to bringing this remaster to as wide an audience as possible so that fans of PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, Xbox, and PC on GOG can experience the magic and enjoyment of Croc.

Croc: Legend of the Gobbos was originally released for the PSOne and Sega Saturn back in 1997, and sees the titular reptilian hero embarking on a quest to save the Gobbos from the resident bad guy, Baron Dante, and his army of goons. The remaster features the Crocipedia, a digital museum that includes a deep dive into the game’s development, including concept art, animation testes, exclusives interviews, and more.
There’s still no concrete release date for Croc: Legend of the Gobbos Remastered, but with it already late October we surely won’t have to wait long for an announcement.
