Dragon Quest Liquid Metal Slime electric floor cleaner revealed

The Dragon Quest franchise is no stranger to unique merch, especially in Japan. Japanese fans of Dragon Quest are eager to pick up anything and everything related to the series, and the next tie-in product has to be one of the most distinctive ones yet.

Square Enix and Taito have teamed up to release a Dragon Quest Liquid Metal Slime electric floor cleaner. If you’re wondering…yes, this is pretty much a Slime-themed Roomba. It’s not going to be as fully-featured or powerful as a Roomba, but it should tackle smaller jobs no problem.

This roughly 4-inch electric floor cleaner will start sucking up dirt off the floor once you turn it on and place it down. The cleaner will travel around the floor on its own, and it’ll even turn itself around should it bump into something.

Dragon Quest fans will be able to find this Liquid Metal Slime electric floor cleaner in arcade crane games starting July 27th, 2024.
