Alan Wake 2 Crowned Best Video Game Of 2023 By TIME

TIME has revealed its list of the best video games of 2023, and Remedy‘s Alan Wake 2 has come out on top despite some tough competition from the likes of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

Alan Wake 2 was released in October 2023 for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S, and Remedy has heavily indicated that it will release a New Game Plus soon. Alan Wake 2 is only available digitally, as Remedy opted not to produce a physical version of the game. As such, it didn’t appear in the traditional UK or US monthly software chart, so we don’t really know how well it’s performed.
