Reason Notable WWE Tryout Attendees Are At TNA Lockdown

A pair of independent wrestlers who have recently drawn interest from TNA Wrestling are in attendance for Sunday’s TNA Lockdown event in Chicago.

J-Rod and Josh Bishop are both at the show after reportedly attracting interest from TNA in recent months. The two wrestlers also participated in WWE tryouts earlier this month.

TNA has reportedly had its eye on both Bishop and J-Rod, with the possibility of contract offers if neither ultimately lands with WWE.

Bishop and J-Rod are attending Lockdown as spectators and are not dressed to compete.
Independent wrestler Pinky Montoya is also in attendance at the show.
