Aalyah Mysterio Starts At WWE PC & Added To Internal Roster
Aalyah Mysterio is reportedly getting her start with WWE.
Mysterio has begun training at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, and is currently listed on the company’s internal roster, according to a new report.
The daughter of WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio is listed under her real name, Aalyah Gutierrez. That is not unusual for new recruits, who can initially be listed under their real names before WWE assigns them a trademarked ring name.
Mysterio was also photographed at the Performance Center on Tuesday alongside several other second-generation wrestling prospects, including Lexis King, the son of Brian Pillman; Marie Malenko, the daughter of Dean Malenko; Uriah Connors, the son of Fit Finlay; Avery Styles, the son of AJ Styles; and Brooks Jensen, the son of Bull Buchanan.
The photo surfaced amid the recent online discussion surrounding next-generation wrestlers and the tradition of helping set up chairs at wrestling events.
There is currently no word on when WWE plans to officially announce Mysterio as a new signing.
