Xbox Boss Reveals Brief Thoughts On Elder Scrolls 6 After Seeing A ‘Live Playthrough’

Xbox boss Asha Sharma has been racking up a ton of attention on social media this evening after sharing that she was recently able to get a behind-closed-doors look at The Elder Scrolls 6.
Sharma took to the X (aka Twitter) platform a few hours ago to enthuse that “the scale and grandeur are incredible” in the game, and “the story is even greater”.
Here’s a glimpse at her tweet, which has reached 2.5 million views at the time of writing:
Bethesda Game Studios then went on to thank Sharma for her visit, stating that “it was great being able to show you ********”, with the asterisks clearly intending to hide the planned subtitle for TES 6.
There are a lot of people speculating that this could mean The Elder Scrolls 6 is closer to the finish line than first believed, but to be honest it doesn’t seem that way – Bethesda’s Todd Howard even mentioned back in February that it was “going to be a while yet” before the release, even though it was passing a big milestone internally.
Maybe 2028, then? 2029? We’ll have to wait and see, but it’s nice to know it’s getting “live playthroughs” all the same.
