Crazy Taxi: World Tour Resurrects The Classic SEGA Franchise For PS5 In 2027

Crazy Taxi: World Tour is coming to PS5, PC, Nintendo Switch 2, and Xbox Series X/S in 2027, SEGA has announced.

Building on the gameplay of the classic Crazy Taxi games on arcade and Dreamcast, this series revival offers a globetrotting World Tour Campaign, where you attempt to recover Axel’s stolen car from a group of thieves. Expect to run into quirky characters, take on a variety of missions, and navigate multiple terrains spread across five unique cities around the globe. Meanwhile, Arcade Mode promises to deliver the series’ trademark gameplay as you perform adrenaline-pumping stunts, drifts and more at high speed while delivering passengers to their destination against the clock.

While doing so, you’ll take on side missions and odd jobs across dynamic maps, as you look to pull in as much cash as possible. Players will also be able to unlock a variety of vehicles and customisation options along the way, while the multiplayer mode sees you showing off your driving skills against friends and online competitors alike across the world.
