PS5 Has Yet To Receive The Game That Would Become Its Biggest Seller: ‘I’m Not Going To Tell You Which One,’ Says Sony

Sony’s Eric Lempel has said during an interview with the BBC that the game which is set to become the biggest-selling title for the PS5 has yet to be released.

“I’m not going to tell you which one, but I think it’s still to come,” commented Lempel, as he touched on the five-year anniversary of the PS5. We have a feeling it’ll end up being a certain title from Rockstar Games, although we’d love to be proven wrong! “I would say we’re still really hitting our stride now,” he added, noting there’s “a lot of great content” and that Sony is “just going to continue with PS5.”

Sony announced during its latest earnings call earlier this week that the PS5 has now shipped 84.2 million units worldwide, with the company’s CFO, Lin Tao, stating that the system is ‘in the middle of its journey.’
