Microsoft Rewards October Gift Card Sale Begins, Includes Discount On Xbox Credit
Last month, it was announced that Microsoft Rewards would be hosting a Gift Card Sale at some point in October, and that sale has now begun – it features up to 10% off select gift cards, and Xbox is included in the mix.
If you go to the Microsoft Rewards dashboard on a browser (and you’re in an eligible region), you should see a banner for the Gift Card Sale in the “Redeem” section at the top of the page.

Looking at the Xbox Gift Cards specifically, here are the discounts we’re seeing as things stand in the UK:
- £5 Xbox Gift Card – 5,595 points (previously 5,890 points)
- £10 Xbox Gift Card – 11,190 points (previously 11,780 points)
- £25 Xbox Gift Card – 27,975 points (previously 29,445 points)
All of these discounts assume you’re already a “Level 2” member of the Microsoft Rewards program.
Beyond this, we’re also seeing discounts for Microsoft Gift Cards, Starbucks Cards and Amazon Gift Cards.
The big catch is that the sale apparently ends on “October 14, 2025 at 11:59pm PT, or while supplies last”. In other words, you haven’t got long at all to get a discount as part of this sale, so make sure you don’t wait around too long.
