Metal Gear Solid Delta Snake Eater Update 1.14 Patch Notes Live, Features Multiple Bug Fixes

Konami has patched Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S, which comes with a number of key bug fixes for the stealth-action title. The update comes following news that Fox Hunt, the game’s multiplayer component, will arrive on October 30, 2025. Metal Gear Solid Delta Snake Eater launched in late August and reached one million digital sales & shipments on day one, with Konami later surveying fans on what entry in the series they would like to see remade next. In related news, the series producer for MGS confirmed that development is underway on Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol.2, although no details on what it will include are available yet.

This update includes the following improvements and fixes:
- Fixed an issue where Snake’s voice lines would sometimes play in English regardless of the selected language settings.
- Fixed an issue where some characters and animals would sometimes disappear during certain cutscenes.
- Fixed an issue where Snake’s Japanese and English voice lines would swap in certain cutscenes.
- Fixed an issue where players could become unable to climb onto rocks at certain moments during the battle with The Pain.
- Minor bug fixes and adjustments.
