GTA VI – Leaked Domains Hint at Grand Theft Auto 6’s In-Game Internet

A new GTA VI leak suggests Rockstar’s next entry will include another wave of parody websites. Dataminer Tez2 first shared the information on GTAForums, which highlighted domains registered under Take-Two’s nameservers in late May. While not officially confirmed, the registrations suggest they could play a role in the in-game internet system, a feature that has been central to previous GTA titles.

The domains include what-up.app, rydeme.app, and buckme.app. These appear to parody real-world services such as WhatsApp, Uber, and Venmo. Other names, like leonidagov.org, hint at connections to the fictional state of Leonida. brianandbradley.com may serve as a satirical law firm. More unusual domains, including hookers-galore.com and myboyhasacreepycorndog.com, have less obvious roles but still fit Rockstar’s trademark humor.

GTA has a long history of building immersion through parody websites and apps. GTA IV introduced players to a crude but hilarious internet café experience, while GTA V pushed this further with smartphone browsing and a wide range of fictional pages. Each one carried jokes aimed at modern culture, offering both satire and depth to the world.

If accurate, this leak shows Rockstar is preparing to carry that tradition into GTA VI. The new domains suggest the internet in Leonida will again be a playground of parody, adding another layer of humor to the already highly anticipated game.
