Gran Turismo 7 Update 1.61 Rolls Out With Honda N-ONE RS ’22, New World Circuit Events & Extra Cafe Conversations; Full Patch Notes Listed

Gran Turismo 7 update 1.61 has been deployed by Polyphony Digital, which comes with three new cars including the Honda N-ONE RS ’22 and Nismo R34 GT-R Z-tune ’05. Beyond that, the studio has implemented new World Circuit events, and new character conversations for the cafe. You can read the full details below.

Gran Turismo 7 was released for PS4 and PS5 in March 2022. The game features the GT Simulation mode as one of its major single-player offerings, plus the return of traditional racing tracks, cars, Special Events, Championships, Driving School, and more. Polyphony also implemented dynamic weather effects following their inclusion in GT5 and GT6, with the PS5 version of the game offering ray-tracing effects, faster load times, and DualSense functionality. Main Features Implemented

1. Cars
– The following three cars have been added:
・Honda N-ONE RS ’22 (Sold in ‘Brand Central’)
・Nismo R34 GT-R Z-tune ’05 (Sold in ‘Brand Central’)
・Nissan Qashqai Tekna 190 2wd e-Power ’22 (Sold in ‘Brand Central’)

– A new colour selection has been added to the following car:
・ Lexus RC F GT3 ’17

2. Gran Turismo Sophy
– Gran Turismo Sophy is now implemented in the following track:
・High Speed Ring

Please note that the ‘Gran Turismo Sophy’ mode is only available on the PlayStation®5 version of Gran Turismo 7.

3. World Circuits
– The following new events have been added to ‘World Circuits’:
・Nürburgring Nordschleife
– Lightweight K-Cup
・Alsace Test Course
– Japanese FF Challenge 450
・Fuji Speedway
– Race of Turbo Sportscars

4. Café
– Added new sets of conversations with the Characters appearing in the Café. These new conversations can be accessed by changing to the following cars in ‘Garage’ and speaking with the Characters in the Café:
