What Are You Playing This Weekend? (July 12-13)
Welcome to another weekend! It’s been a busy week on Xbox, with the Activision team launching its latest effort in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4. We’d imagine a fair few of you are trying that one out on your Xbox consoles this weekend!
Here’s what we’re playing over the next few days:

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 doesn’t speak to me really, so I’ll be giving that one a skip I think. I’ll probably be using this weekend to relax and play some older titles, including some Call of Duty: WWII now that it’s on Xbox Game Pass.
I also decided to reinstall Forza Horizon 4 this week, and whenever that happens, I get sucked back in. I still reckon this is the best Forza game to date, and its Xbox Series X|S upgrade looks and plays fantastically well. Expect me to be blasting around Edinburgh on Xbox this weekend!
Have a nice few days, folks.

It’s definitely more Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 for me! I’ve been waiting a very long time for this to come out, and despite just a few minor grumbles, I’m having an absolute blast with it so far. I’m not as familiar with the 3+4 levels and goals as I was with 1+2, so it’s been fun discovering some surprises that I either wasn’t aware of or had forgotten about!
Sorry to be kind of boring, but Tennis Elbow 4 is calling to me at the moment as well. It’s Wimbledon season and I’ve been enjoying the tournament so far, and while I still think TopSpin 2K25 is the best accessible tennis game on Xbox today, nothing beats Tennis Elbow 4 for a realistic feel – as long as you’re willing to put the effort in.
Have a good weekend, folks!
