We all came together to reconnect the “strands” that were once severed by the pandemic. I’m so glad we never gave up on making this game. I won’t let go again. Thank you.

Death Stranding 2: On the Beach was released exclusively for PS5 on June 26, 2025, and you can read our full verdict here. The game topped the UK physical charts over the weekend, dethroning Mario Kart World in the process even though sales were down 66% over the original title.
