Lost in Random: The Eternal Die Launches Free Nintendo Switch Demo

Today, Thunderful and Stormteller Games launched a free Nintendo Switch demo for their recently released fast-paced action-roguelite, Lost in Random: The Eternal Die, joining its current demo availability on Steam, Xbox Series X S and Playstation 5.

As the next chapter of the beloved action-adventure game, Lost in Random, which released in 2021 and won the “Best Indie Award” at gamescom the same year, Lost in Random: The Eternal Die follows the journey of Queen Aleksandra, the once great ruler of Random, and her die-companion Fortune, as they conquer twisted foes, wield powerful relics and abilities, and roll the dice to overcome the nightmarish realms of Random’s new villain – Mare The Knight.

Gameplay features in Lost in Random: The Eternal Die include:

Mastery Meets Chance: Engage in fast-paced, second-to-second combat that blends real-time action with strategic decision-making – and a touch of luck.

Forge Your Playstyle: Wield four unique weapons, throw your die-companion, and combine 100+ relics with powerful card-based abilities to unleash devastating synergies.

Ever-Changing World: Traverse four randomly generated worlds, each with its own distinct secrets and challenges and face over 30 different enemy types and formidable bosses.

A Dark Fantasy Tale: Immerse yourself in a fully voiced story set in a Tim Burton-inspired world, brought to life with hauntingly beautiful landscapes and an enchanting soundtrack.

“As the flagship title from Stormteller Games, we wanted to inject even more action and fun into the Lost in Random world,” said Martin Storm, Game Director of Lost in Random: The Eternal Die. “We’re excited for players to dive into this thrilling adventure and experience the passion that the team poured into the project first hand.”

Lost in Random: The Eternal Die is available on Switch for $22.49. The Fortune Edition, which includes a special digital artbook, exclusive soundtrack and cosmetic DLC is available for $29.99.
