Xbox Is An Official Partner For Next Week’s Summer Game Fest 2025

We know that the Xbox Games Showcase 2025 is right around the corner here on June 8th, but we actually have another major event to look forward to now – with Xbox just confirmed as an official partner for this year’s Summer Game Fest show.

SGF, as it’s otherwise known, has basically become the de-facto E3 replacement; presented each summer by The Game Awards host Geoff Keighley. This year, Summer Game Fest begins with a showcase on June 6th – before an industry event takes place the following weekend, bringing lots of early previews and impressions along with it.

Of course, it’s likely that Microsoft will save most of its big announcements for the Xbox Games Showcase – but with the sheer breadth of content that Team Green is producing these days, there’s every chance that something will be teased or shown off at Summer Game Fest 2025 ahead of Microsoft’s main show.
