Starting out in a new gacha game can be hard, so we’ve got a Black Beacon tier list to help you narrow down which characters to pull for and build. Characters use different elements and roles in order to make up interesting team compositions, but it’s not all about style – the options we put in SS- and S-tier are the best Black Beacon characters to build in order to have a functional team.

How do I get new Black Beacon characters?
To get more characters in Black Beacon, you can pull on the banners in the game. Here, you can get the featured five-star within 70 pulls, or a standard five-star if you lose the 50/50. There are also four-star characters you can get, too, which are guaranteed every ten pulls. Pulling in this game is called ‘Retrieval’. As the game progresses, the limited banner will change, introducing new characters for you to retrieve.
There are currently a few standard five-star characters you can get, which are Eresham, Li Chi, Logos, Nanna, and Viola. You can choose one of these in a character selector after a certain number of pulls.
How do I perform a Black Beacon reroll?
If you pull and end up with a character you don’t want, you can always reroll your account. To do this, follow the steps below:
- Open up Black Beacon
- Make sure to choose ‘Sign in as a Guest’
- Play through the tutorial until you unlock the retrieval page
- Use your pulls and see who you get – if you like the character, continue on as normal
- If you don’t, repeat the steps above with a different guest account until you get the character you want
Once you’re satisfied, you can bind your account by logging in with Google, Apple, or Facebook to save your progress.
