Helldivers 2 Update 1.002.202 Patch Notes Reveal Fixes For Crashes, Soft-Locks & More

Arrowhead Game Studios has boxed a fresh patch for Helldivers 2, which continues the developers’s bug-stomping by removing a series of crash and soft-locks that have been lingering around. Among the issues fixed in this update include removing a crash on legacy hardware when dropping into a mission, as well as ironing out a bug concerning laser weapons. You can read the full details in the Helldivers 2 update 1.002.202 patch notes.
The CEO of Arrowhead Game Studios recently talked about his ‘lowest point‘ so far, which happened when Helldivers 2 was struggled following the backlash to the now-defunct requirement to link to a PSN account to play the game on PC.
