Ubisoft has announced a new milestone for Assassin’s Creed Shadows, revealing the latest entry in the long-running stealth franchise has now reached two million players worldwide over its launch weekend. The publisher had previously confirmed that Shadows had hit one million players on its release date.

Like many major titles nowadays, Assassin’s Creed Shadows fully supports the PS5 Pro with players able to select from three different modes – Balanced, Fidelity, and Performance. A report by Digital Foundry concluded that Shadows’ PS5 Pro support is ‘one of the most substantial upgrades‘ to date for the high-end console.
