Services provider PTW has appointed David Dorans as its new chief financial officer.
Dorans has over 20 years of financial leadership experience, including C-suite roles at technology and media companies. He was most recently CFO at Mirriad Advertising, guiding the company through its IPO on the UK’s Alternative Investment Market.
As CFO, Dorans will report directly to Kirkham. He will oversee PTW’s global financial operations, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the company’s growth strategy.
Supporting the vision
“I’m thrilled to be joining PTW, a company whose work is synonymous with creativity and innovation in the gaming industry,” said Dorans. “Having navigated a range of challenges and embraced various opportunities in my previous roles, I look forward to collaborating with the team to create initiatives that blend financial prudence with a passion for excellence.
“It’s all about supporting the visionary, AI-powered projects happening at PTW while maintaining a solid financial footing.”
PTW CEO Deborah Kirkham added: “David’s strong foundation in financial governance is exactly what we need to support our strategic initiatives and drive sustainable growth across our global footprint in 2025 and beyond.”
The firm recently opened a new studio in Charleston, South Carolina, led by Bernhard Rieder. It is the company’s fourth North American studio and aims to boost the local tech ecosystem, create jobs, and offer advanced facilities for next-gen testing.
