Persona News: Persona 5 Royal plane revealed, Persona 4 Golden Melody Clock up for pre-order (UPDATE)
We’ve got a pair of Persona-related stories to share, and they’re pretty darn different! Let’s start off with one that involves traveling through the skies in style!
In what has to be the biggest Persona collab yet, ATLUS has announced that a Persona 5 Royal AirAsia plane has been commissioned. You can take a look at the aircraft above, with more details on how to book a flight coming in October. Hopefully by then we learn where the plane will travel, and if fans around the world will be able to hop aboard at their local airports.
Moving on to something much smaller scale, ATLUS has also revealed a Persona 4 Golden Melody Clock. This clock will see release in Japan on Feb. 1st, 2024 and it’s priced at $113. Pre-orders for the clock are available right now on Square Enix’s Japanese e-Store. Unfortunately, there’s no word on a release outside of Japan right now.
The Persona 4 Golden Melody Clock plays familiar tunes from Persona 4 Golden every hour, and it uses a light sensor to make sure songs aren’t played at night when people are most likely sleeping. As for the songs, here’s the full 12-tune breakdown:
- Pursuing My True Self
- Signs Of Love
- Your Affection
- Heartbeat, Heartbreak
- Reach Out To The Truth
- I’ll Face Myself -Battle-
- Shadow World
- Time To Make History
- Heaven
- The Fog
- The Poem for Everyone’s Souls
- Never More
While most of the Persona 4 merchandise features character plushes and Persona figures, there has also been other unique merchandise revealed earlier. An example of this was the sake bottle featuring Teddie which appeared in 2023.
Square Enix will release Atlus’ Persona 4 Golden Melody Clock in Japan on February 1, 2025.
