Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket has surpassed 60 million downloads on Android and iOS devices since it launched on October 30, 2024.
This milestone follows the app’s nomination for Best Mobile Game at The Game Awards, which honours excellence in the games industry.
The Pokémon Company group is also getting set to release the Mythical Island expansion for Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket.
This update introduces new card illustrations, including Mythical Pokémon Mew, as well as new binder and display board covers with Mythical Island scenery. The expansion will be playable from December 17th, 2024.

The Pokémon Company said that players can expect future updates for Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket, including a holiday countdown campaign starting on December 24th, 2024, where Trainers can receive free in-game gifts.
Elsewhere, the Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket has earned $208 million in gross revenue across the App Store and Google Play in its first month since its global launch.
The game reached $100 million in just 17 days and doubled that amount by November 29th.
