Stray Physical Edition Coming November 19th, 2024, New Trailer Shared (UPDATE)
Stray is the award-winning cat adventure game from publisher Annapurna Interactive and developer BlueTwelve Studio coming soon to Nintendo Switch for the first time. Announced today and through a partnership with Skybound Games, the Switch version of the game will be available in a physical edition in line with the game’s digital release on November 19th.
The Switch physical edition of Stray will include the game cartridge, as well as six full-color art cards featuring in-game characters like the friendly robot drone B-12, our feline hero, and more..
The Switch physical edition of Stray is now available for pre-order via select global retailers for $39.99 / €39.99 / £34.99 and will be available in stores and online November 19th.
Winner of The Game Awards 2022’s Best Independent Game and Best Debut Indie Game, Stray is a third-person cat adventure game set amidst the detailed, neon-lit alleys of a decaying cybercity and the murky environments of its seedy underbelly. As a stray cat, players roam surroundings high and low, defend against unforeseen threats and solve the mysteries of this unwelcoming place inhabited by curious droids and dangerous creatures. See the world through the eyes of a cat and interact with the environment in playful ways. UPDATE: Over in Japan, Stray is getting a physical collector’s edition, and it’s also launching on Nov. 19th, 2024. The package, seen below, includes the following:
